Congo- citizens don't get profits from fuel production, focus on poor- bishops

The Catholic Bishops in the (DRC) Congo- find it sad that average citizens don't profit from the proceeds from fuel production of one of the largest fuel producing economies in Africa. They have asked for focus on the poor of this country- who suffer terribly, some missing a day's worth of food regularly (once a week), and were many die from many diseases in their poverty. Efforts involves studies by Caritas.
